First Vendor Update - LibertyFraming - 09-01-2026
I have the software running and am trying out my first vendor update, but the data isn't matching up with existing vendor data...

Can you provide the Vendor ID Number for an AMPF Price Code in your FrameReady?
You can find this on any AMPF Price Code in the bottom right of the window where it says 'Vendor ID Number' followed by a number in the white box.
We need to check if this is different to what we are expecting.
Can you also send a few screenshots of some AMPF Price Code records from your FrameReady solution.

Can you provide the Vendor ID Number for an AMPF Price Code in your FrameReady?
You can find this on any AMPF Price Code in the bottom right of the window where it says 'Vendor ID Number' followed by a number in the white box.
We need to check if this is different to what we are expecting.
Can you also send a few screenshots of some AMPF Price Code records from your FrameReady solution.

Whoops, my bad! I was confusing it with AMCI. But I'm having the same issue with Vermont Hardwoods. Vendor ID is 274. So far, the other vendors that I have seem to be matching up.

No, the numbers on the new update (8/27/2026) are all missing the *.VH which is how they are formatted for my existing Vermont Hardwoods item numbers.

Thanks for the confirmation, we have applied a fix for the item numbers (as per my image) and you should get new price records if you click [Update] on Vermont Hardwoords again from the list of Vendors.
You should also see that the all the vendors have a validated date of the 1st of September, if this is not the case, please close ReadysoftHelp and re-open it, that should trigger the update on the vendors, but either way the updated item numbers should pull through anyway.

274: Vermont Hardwoods - Missing suffix *.VH again and will not match up.
244: Rhonda Feinman - Pricing used to be in JOIN column (finished frames only), now they're only listed in LENGTH column.
Also, per email sent 9/25, Decor Moulding listed as new approved supplier, but not listed in ReadysoftHelp updates. Don Mar on GitHub, not on ReadysoftHelp - will they be added? Tried doing the update manually but can't get it to match up correctly.

244: Rhonda Feinman, I need to investigate further on this discrepancy.
There was a typo in our email, we have a few items from Decor Moulding but they are supplied by 146:International Moulding of OH
Don Mar has not supplied us with an update, we will investigate further on this vendor.
It seems you are on an older version of the app, it would be good to download the latest version and re-setup your password and the connection to the PriceList table as per the instructions here : https://readysoft.help/community/showthread.php?tid=787

Could you get in contact with Don Mar and request them to send their pricing to vendors@readysoft.help so we can validate the data and upload it.
I have reached out to Rhonda to confirm the pricing data they have supplied is for Join.

I have found the issue with 244: Rhonda Feinman, this data should now be correct when you pull it down with ReadysoftHelp.
