First Vendor Update

I have the software running and am trying out my first vendor update, but the data isn't matching up with existing vendor data...

Hi

Can you provide the Vendor ID Number for an AMPF Price Code in your FrameReady? 

You can find this on any AMPF Price Code in the bottom right of the window where it says 'Vendor ID Number' followed by a number in the white box.

We need to check if this is different to what we are expecting.

Can you also send a few screenshots of some AMPF Price Code records from your FrameReady solution.
