Hi

Can you provide the Vendor ID Number for an AMPF Price Code in your FrameReady? 

You can find this on any AMPF Price Code in the bottom right of the window where it says 'Vendor ID Number' followed by a number in the white box.

We need to check if this is different to what we are expecting.

Can you also send a few screenshots of some AMPF Price Code records from your FrameReady solution.

Whoops, my bad! I was confusing it with AMCI.  But I'm having the same issue with Vermont Hardwoods.  Vendor ID is 274.  So far, the other vendors that I have seem to be matching up.

No, the numbers on the new update (8/27/2026) are all missing the *.VH which is how they are formatted for my existing Vermont Hardwoods item numbers.

Thanks for the confirmation, we have applied a fix for the item numbers (as per my image) and you should get new price records if you click [Update] on Vermont Hardwoords again from the list of Vendors.

You should also see that the all the vendors have a validated date of the 1st of September, if this is not the case, please close ReadysoftHelp and re-open it, that should trigger the update on the vendors, but either way the updated item numbers should pull through anyway.
